Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Runapy is currently in a free, approval-only pilot for selected club owners. We are not offering public checkout or charging club subscriptions yet. This policy describes the refund and cancellation rules we expect to use once paid SaaS plans launch through Paddle. The mobile app is free for runners and does not use in-app purchases.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and we generally do not provide partial-month refunds.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If annual plans are offered, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Plan Changes
Upgrades or downgrades may be prorated by Paddle depending on the plan change and billing configuration. Any credits or additional charges are shown during checkout or in the billing portal before confirmation.
5. Taxes and Local Rules
Prices may be shown before or after taxes depending on your location and Paddle's checkout settings. Paddle may collect VAT, GST, sales tax, or equivalent taxes where required.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@runapyhub.com from your account email.
- Include your club name, billing email, and a short reason for the request.
- We will review the request within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
7. Abuse and Exceptions
We may deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, violation of our Terms, or use of the service far beyond normal evaluation before requesting a refund.
